Vladimir Alexandrovich Efimkin (Russian: Владимир Александрович Ефимкин) (born December 2, 1981, in Kuybyshev) is a Russian retired professional road bicycle racer, who last rode alongside his twin brother Alexander Efimkin on Team Type 1–Sanofi.[1] He had established himself as a solid all-around cyclist.
