Vladimir L’vovich Kvint (Russian: Владимир Львович Квинт) is a Russian-American economist and the Chair of the Department of Economic and Financial Strategy at the Moscow School of Economics of the Lomonosov Moscow State University.[1] He is President of the International Academy of Emerging Markets. He is a Foreign Member (ad vitum) of the Russian Academy of Sciences.[2]
