Vyshny Volochyok[8] (Russian: Вы́шний Волочёк, IPA: [ˈvɨʂnʲɪj vəlɐˈtɕɵk]) is a town in Tver Oblast, Russia. Population: 52,370 (2010 Census);[3] 56,405 (2002 Census);[9] 64,789 (1989 Soviet census).[10]
