WDBO is powered at 5,000 watts. By day, its signal is non-directional. At night, to protect other stations on AM 580, it uses a directional antenna with a two-tower array. The transmitter is off West Kennedy Boulevard in Maitland.[2] Programming is also heard on 250-watt FM translator W297BB at 107.3 MHz.[3]
