WJKK (98.7 FM) is a mainstream adult contemporary radio station. Although licensed to Vicksburg, the station serves the Jackson area. During most of November and December, the station flips to All-Christmas music.
The station is currently owned by Meridian-based New South Radio. Its studios are located in Ridgeland and the transmitter site is in Raymond. The station operates with an Effective radiated power (ERP) of 52,000 watts, making it a class C1 station. [3]
