The station is owned by Make Television Corporation and operated under a time brokerage agreement with Liberman Media Group. It is a translator station of Caguas–based WLII-DT (channel 11). The station's studios are located at Barrio Turabo Arriba in Caguas. The station's transmitter is located at Barrio Cubuy in Canovanas.
