Walter A. Bell IV (born June 7, 1984)[1] is an American football coach and former wide receiver. He was the head coach for the UMass Minutemen from 2019 until 2021. He played college football at Middle Tennessee for coach Andy McCollum from 2003 to 2006. He then served as offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach for the Florida State Seminoles, Maryland Terrapins, Indiana Hoosiers, and Arkansas State Red Wolves.
