As of the 2020 United States census , the borough's population was 11,317,[ 9] [ 10] an increase of 201 (+1.8%) from the 2010 census count of 11,116,[ 22] [ 23] which in turn reflected an increase of 850 (+8.3%) from the 10,266 counted in the 2000 census .[ 24]
