Wanaque (/ˈwɒnəkj, wəˈnɑːki/)[19][20][21] is a borough in Passaic County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. As of the 2020 United States census, the borough's population was 11,317,[9][10] an increase of 201 (+1.8%) from the 2010 census count of 11,116,[22][23] which in turn reflected an increase of 850 (+8.3%) from the 10,266 counted in the 2000 census.[24]
