Warmun Community (also known as Turkey Creek) and Warmun are a township and locality in the Kimberley region of Western Australia, located on the Great Northern Highway, 3,000 kilometres (1,900 mi) northeast of Perth, Western Australia.[3] The closest populated town is Halls Creek, about 160 km (99 mi) to the south.[4] It is about 200 km (120 mi) south of Kununurra.[5] Turkey Creek is a small creek that runs through the community.
