Wenzel Trnka

Wenzel Trnka von Krzowitz[1] (Czech: Václav Trnka z Křovic;[2] 1739–1791) was an Austrian-Czech physician, professor, and amateur composer of the 18th century.[3] He is thought to have composed the canons Bei der Hitz im Sommer eß ich (English: In the heat of summer I eat) and Leck mir den Arsch fein recht schön sauber (English: Lick my arse right well and clean), which were previously attributed to Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.

  1. ^ Full name from Stüwe (2007, 9). The second christian name "Johann" mentioned by Link 2006, p. 132 is possibly a confusion with composer Wenzel Johann Trnka (born 1782; died after 1849)
