As of 7 January 2009, UK Internet Service Providers (ISPs) have ceased proxying their connections to Wikipedia through a limited number of Internet addresses, however it appears to be resuming again on some ISPs, TalkTalk and Be Unlimited seem re-affected at the moment.
A decision to reverse the image blacklist was released by the IWF on 9 December 2008 at 18:30 UTC, See #Official statements for the IWF and Wikimedia Foundation's statements.
