The result was userfy. This is the absolute last AFD that expired last week to be closed. Why? Because there is a lot of off topic/irrelevant discussion here, and a lot of repeated arguments on essentially the same issues and nobody wanted to plow through it all to find the actual relevant parts and evaluate them. Going by strength of argument, with of course arguments with a solid basis in WP policy being given more weight, consensus seems to favor the position that this person is not sufficiently notable for a stand alone article, However a significant minority made decent arguments to keep, and one user has repeatedly asked for it to be userfied, so that's what we're going to do with it for the time being.
