The result was Keep. I've spent the last few hours reviewing the article and the comments in this discussion. I'm not exactly happy to come to this decision. The articles is going to be controversial and will be a prime target for POV Editing and BLP-issues for some time going forward, but that is not a valid argument to delete it, only to focus more attention on it to try to counter these issues. However, the arguments that this article does pass our guidelines for Notability does have some merit. If it was nothing more than a tempest in a teapot confined to twitter or the like, I'd be very happy to delete it, but it's not so it shouldn't be.
