The result was keep. There are multiple issues with this article, but in my judgement a threshold of notability is achieved. There is coverage in a regional newspaper and it seems that the organization has made an impact in their area. From WP:ORGSIG, --"When evaluating the notability of organizations or products, please consider whether they have had any significant or demonstrable effects on culture, society, entertainment, athletics, economies, history, literature, science, or education."-- This one needs improvement but should stay.
