The result was no consensus. I'm discounting the keep opinions by Montanabw and Greek_Fellows, and the delete opinions by FreeatlastChitchat, AHLM13 and Carrite because they appear to be intent on casting a vote rather than making an (understandable) policy-based argument. The remaining opinions are equally split between delete and keep. What they disagree about is whether this concept is sufficiently covered in reliable sources that we can cover it as the topic of an article without engaging in original research, and whether it would be better covered as part of other articles. That is a matter of editorial judgment with respect to which I, as closer, can't determine on my own who has the better arguments. So we're left with no consensus to delete, defaulting to keep.
