The result was Merge and redirect. Seems like nobody wants to close this. Consensus is to merge and redirect to the "relevant parent article", however, I'm not entirely clear whether the voters consider that to be the article on the location (i.e., Samut Prakan Province) or the article on the team (i.e., Samut Prakan United F.C.). I'm going to close this as though they're going to be merged into the relevant team, however the folks doing the merge should use their discretion to ensure that any useful content from each article (there isn't much) is merged into whereever it will be the most useful, and then redirect the article.
