Inactive: These administrators were desysopped for inactivity per Wikipedia's procedure for desysopping inactive administrators under either of two criteria. Under criterion one, they must have made no edits or logged actions in the past year; after two years of continual inactivity or five years since their last admin action, they are considered long-term inactive). Under criterion 2, they must have made fewer than 100 edits over a 60-month period.
Former administrators desysopped this way may request their rights be restored by a bureaucrat at any time (subject to bureaucrat discretion and a 24-hour wait period to evaluate the circumstances in which they were desysopped).
