The result of the discussion was: superceded by move to mainspace. The article has been moved to mainspace. The arguments here concern a draft, not a mainspace article, and further deletion arguments for it should be brought to AfD. If the decision is made to move the article back to draftspace, there is a consensus to keep assuming substantial changes to the article have not been made.
