Currently, 6,623 of a total of 6,915,954 Wikipedia articles (about 1 in 1,040) are featured articles, which have been thoroughly reviewed according to the featured article criteria. In addition 40,569 articles (about 1 in 170) are good articles which meet the good article criteria. Combined Wikipedia has 47,192 articles (about one in 150) which are either good or featured.
