After consulting with a few members of the CheckUser team over the past few days, it has become apparent that this is primarily a case of meatpuppetry. SPI is here to deal with sockpuppets, NOT groups of paid editors supposedly editing together. While some of the cases may have been legitimate, a large section was archived due to the volume on which we just could not action.
