There appears to be a student project adding articles about temples in Bhubaneswar. This group is fervently requested to announce itself at Wikipedia:School and university projects and expand this page with more details so that we may give them centralised advice. They can do it in Pune and other places - see Wikipedia:India Education Program. Why cannot you do it in Bhubaneswar?
The majority of these submissions are of extremely poor quality - usually copyright violations from PDFs on the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts website.
Please consider the suggestion that rather than an article for each individual temple, they should be treated on the basis of one article for each temple complex - with redirects from the names of each temple.
