Documentation

This is a personal template used to display a mock WikiProject banner for WikiProject Users in the style of {{WPBannerMeta}}. It is set to appear only on April Fools' Day; feel free to borrow it for yourself. The code is expanded to allow for proper functionality; the non-expanded version can be found in the history.
