Ok, I did a little research and I came up with candidates for the city. Downtown Los Angeles uses the area code 213 (Telephone number -> Telephone numbering plan -> List of North American area codes -> Area code 213), and a podunk town in Illinois called East Dubuque has the zip code 61025 (Zip Code -> List of ZIP Codes in the United States -> searched for each of the five-number strings out of the original number, got to List of ZIP Codes in Illinois).
