Update templates that are subpages of Template:Contentious topics (previously Template:Ds) to the new names and procedures (DJ, Wug, TBF)- Implement 9, "maintain instructions for enforcing administrators", at WP:CT/ADMIN (partly done by Dreamy Jazz talk to me | my contributions)

- Redirect the templates where possible, make them wrappers for the new system, or mark them as deprecated

The drafting arbitrators are directed to modify the "Procedural summary" table within the "Contentious topic restrictions: imposition, types, duration, use" proposal and the "Changing or revoking a contentious topic restriction" section of the "Appeals and amendments" proposal for consistency with the changes made by this amendment.
