Principle #2 of the Hkelkar decision may be relevant to the posting of e-mails. --Iamunknown 15:22, 23 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- Thank you, I was unsure of whether to post them and you cleared up this issue. Is it acceptable to post my concerns that were in the emails? FWIW Bzuk 15:34, 23 October 2007 (UTC).[reply]
- Hmm, I'm not sure. If you still have the e-mails, you could forward them to the Arbitration Committee, with whatever evidence or comments you wanted to add. Their e-mail address is [email protected] (it goes to a private mailing list). --Iamunknown 16:10, 23 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- Unless the author consents, private discussion between users should not be posted onwiki, but you may forward the messages to the committee. (I presume they prefer all in one message, so if you can compact the emails, please do). Iamunknown's got the email address right, so forward them there with a note saying what case they're attached to and what their relevance is, and they'll be read. - Thanks for the information, I'll remove the emails but forward them on. FWIW Bzuk 21:41, 23 October 2007 (UTC).[reply]
