If there are any problems with the guidelines to nomination and voting then please make them known here! If the grammar is a bit iffy then you can change it. - Erebus555 15:52, 16 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- There are some auto-expanding templates for nominations. Snowman 22:45, 17 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- OK, I'm a rookie when it comes to this technology with templates so could you care to elaborate please? Thanks. - Erebus555 20:03, 18 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I got this from another wiki project and put in West Midlands collaboration of the month (WMCOTM)
- {{subst:WMCOTMnew|article name|~~~~~|date in seven days|your reason for nominating|~~~~}}.
You just substitute the relevant parts and when you save it the template expands to form a nomination. This one does not work because of the new letters in it. I do not know how to get it to work but user:badbilltucker might be able to help. If there is not any support after one wk it can be deleted. There is probably other ways different projects make nominations. Snowman 21:00, 18 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- Sounds like complicated stuff. Not sure if it would be worth going to all that trouble. - Erebus555 17:06, 19 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
