AfC could always use help from experienced users. I suspect a system where new users are required to submit articles would also make for a good trial. However, the one issue that I always see is less-experienced users reviewing articles that should not be in mainspace. AfC could use a system where two users must agree to approve a submission, but that would cause even more of a backlog. /ƒETCHCOMMS/23:41, 15 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Well, if 'confirmed' were 100 edits/1 month, then the reviewer would at least have reached some minimal level of experience (because, non-confirmed cannot move pages, right?). And 'problematic' users could, perhaps, have their confirmed status removed, instead of blocking. Maybe. Chzz ► 07:54, 16 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I feel there should be a special mention of User:The Earwig and his EarwigBot which performs many valuable maintenance tasks for AfC like copyvio detection and statistics updating, and keeps things generally running smoothly there. -- Ϫ08:36, 16 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
