Wilcote is a hamlet in the civil parish of North Leigh, in the West Oxfordshire district, in Oxfordshire, England, about 3+1⁄2 miles (5.6 km) north of Witney.
Wilcote was a hamlet of Cogges from at least the Middle Ages until the middle of the 19th century.[1] It was then made a separate civil parish — one of the smallest in England.[1] In 1931 the parish had a population of 15.[2] On 1 April 1932 Wilcote civil parish was absorbed into that of North Leigh.[1][3]
