William Cordell Witherspoon (born August 19, 1980) is an American former professional football linebacker. He was selected by the Carolina Panthers in the third round of the 2002 NFL draft. He played college football at Georgia. Professionally, he also played for the St. Louis Rams, Philadelphia Eagles, and Tennessee Titans.
