William Edward "Bill" Todd (born 1961)[1] was appointed in May 2019 as Deputy Under Secretary for Management. He also served as the Acting Under Secretary of State for Management from February 2018 to May 2019.[2][3] He retired from the Department of State in May 2021.[4]
