William Alfred Franklin (16 July 1916 – 11 February 1998)[1] was a British Anglican bishop who served as Bishop of Colombia (in the Episcopal Church, USA, 1972–1978) and as full-time Assistant Bishop of Peterborough (in the Church of England, 1978–1986).
