William Job Maillard, VC (10 March 1863 – 10 September 1903) was a British surgeon, officer in the Royal Navy, and a recipient of the Victoria Cross (VC), the highest award for gallantry in the face of the enemy that can be awarded to British and Commonwealth forces. In addition, he was "the first and only naval medical officer to win the VC".[1]
