Xiong Shihui (19 May 1893 – 21 January 1974),[1] also known by his courtesy name Tianyi, was a native of Anyi County, Jiangxi Province. He was a key figure in the Political Science Department of the Nationalist Government and was in charge of Northeast China during the Chinese Civil War.
