Yang Fasen (Chinese: 杨发森; born February 1971) is a Chinese politician who served as secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Commission of the CCP Qinghai Provincial Committee from 2023 to 2024. He previously served as the vice chairman of Xinjiang, party secretary of Ürümqi and Hotan.[1]
