Yaroslavl Glavny is the primary passenger railway station for the city of Yaroslavl in Russia, and an important stop along the Trans-Siberian Railway. Until 1952, the station was known as Vspolye.

On August 6, 2017, a new high-speed train "Chaika" was launched on the YaroslavlRybinsk route, with the travel time of 1 hour and 15 minutes.

On October 10, 2018, the director of the Department of Protection of Cultural Heritage Objects of the Yaroslavl Region signed an order adding the Yaroslavl-Glavny Railway Station building built in 1952 to the list of cultural heritage sites.[3]
