Yousef Ahmed Masrahi (Arabic:يوسف مسرحي) (born 31 December 1987, in Najran)[2] is a Saudi Arabian track and field athlete, who specialises in the 400 metres sprint. His personal best time for the event is 43.93 seconds, set in 2015, and is the Asian record.

Masrahi represented his country at the 2012 London Olympics and is a three-time participant at the World Championships in Athletics (2009, 2013, 2015). He was the gold medallist at both the Asian Athletics Championships in 2011 and at the 2014 Asian Games.

Masrahi served a four year competition ban from 2016 to 2020 for an anti-doping violation related to the use of EPO.
