Yuri Grigorii Khachaturov (Armenian: Յուրի Գրիգորիի Խաչատուրով; born 1 May 1952) is an Armenian general. He formerly served as the Secretary-General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO)[1] and as Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Armenia (2008–2016).[2]
