Yury Abramovich Nozhikov (‹See Tfd›Russian: Юрий Абрамович Ножиков, 17 February 1934 – 15 June 2010) was a Soviet and Russian politician who was the first governor of Irkutsk Oblast (East Siberia) in 1991–1997.
