Zahedan (Balochi and Persian: زاهدان; [zɒːheˈd̪ɒːn])[a] is a city in the Central District of Zahedan County, Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iran and serves as capital of the province, the county, and the district.[6] It is near the Iran-Pakistan border.
