Zdravko Rajkov (Serbian Cyrillic: Здравко Рајков; 5 December 1927 – 30 July 2006) was a Yugoslav footballer and manager.

He played for the Yugoslavia national team, scoring 11 goals in 28 matches, and participated in the 1958 FIFA World Cup, where he scored a goal in the match against Paraguay. He was also part of Yugoslavia's squad at the 1952 Summer Olympics, but did not play in any matches.[1] He later began coaching career and coached several teams, including the national teams of Iran and Algeria.
