Zhang Linzhi (Chinese: 张霖之; 1908 – 22 January 1967), courtesy name Chongliang, was a Chinese politician who served as First Secretary of the Chongqing from 1950 to 1952, Minister of Motor Manufacturing Industry from 1955 to 1957 and Minister of Coal Industry from 1957 to 1967. He was an alternate member of the 8th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party.[1] He was a delegate to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd National People's Congress.[2]
